Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the website and purchase of services offered by 6524 Studio Inc. (“6524 Studio,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By approving a proposal, submitting payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the applicable written project agreement.

1. Services

We provide commercial, corporate, product, event, editorial and portrait photography; creative direction; production planning; image editing; retouching; licensing; and related services. The scope, deliverables, price and schedule for each engagement will be stated in a proposal, invoice or service agreement. A signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.

2. Quotes and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD), quotes remain valid for 30 calendar days, and a 50% retainer is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before final high-resolution or unrestricted deliverables are released. Applicable taxes, travel, licensing and third-party costs will be disclosed in the proposal or approved before commitment.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate instructions, timely approvals, lawful materials, required access and any permissions assigned to them. Clients must not request deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory or infringing work. Client-caused delays may extend the schedule or generate additional charges.

4. Project changes

Requests outside the approved scope may require a revised quote, additional payment and an adjusted schedule. We are not required to perform additional work until the change is approved in writing.

5. Delivery

Digital deliverables may be provided by email, secure download, cloud transfer or client portal. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed in writing. We do not ship physical products unless a proposal specifically includes physical delivery.

6. Copyright and licensing

Unless a signed agreement expressly transfers ownership, 6524 Studio Inc. retains copyright in the photographs and original creative work it produces. After full payment, the client receives the usage license described in the project agreement. Raw files, unedited images, rejected images and working files are excluded unless expressly listed.

7. Portfolio use and confidentiality

Confidential information will be handled with reasonable care. Public portfolio use of unreleased or confidential work requires permission or will be governed by the project agreement. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received or legally required to be disclosed.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement.

9. Third-party services

We may use payment processors, hosting services, equipment providers, locations or independent specialists. We remain responsible for our contractual obligations but are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without guarantees of a particular commercial result. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Our total liability for a specific engagement will not exceed the amount paid for the portion of service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government action, public-health emergency, labor interruption or widespread network failure. The parties will work in good faith toward rescheduling or another reasonable resolution.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, material breach, abusive conduct, security risk or unlawful instructions. The client remains responsible for completed work, committed expenses and amounts already due.

13. Florida law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable law requires another forum.
